Crab San Francisco

  • 2 stips Bacon
  • 1 medium Onion, Chopped
  • 1 stalk Celery, sliced
  • 1-2 drops Hot sauce
  • 1 can (8 oz) Tomato sauce
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Shredded american cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 cups Crab meat
  • Braise bacon and onion in a little salt, about 10-15 minutes, until tender. Addall ingredients except cheese and crab,heat through. Add cheese and crab, heatuntil cheese is melted. Serve over steamed rice.
