Breakfast
Doughnuts
Cream sugar and butter well. Add egg yolks (well beaten) and buttermilk.
Sift flour with dry ingredients and add tocreamed mixture. Mix until smooth.
Cut with a 2 1/2 inch cutter.
Fry in hot oil until brown. Drain excess oil onto paper towels.
Makes 3 dozen
