Au Gratin Potatoes

  • 2 tablespoons Margarine
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/4 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Cheese, grated cheddar
  • 3 cups Potatoes, cooked/sliced
  • 1/3 cup Onion, chopped
  • Melt butter in saucepan. Blend in flour and salt. Add milk and cook until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted.

    Remove from heat.

    Place potatoes and onion in greased baking dish and coverwith cheese mixture. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes.
