Granny's Beef and Pork Meatloaf

  • 1 1/2 pounds Ground Chuck
  • 1 pound Ground Pork
  • 1 1/2 cups Quick Cook Oats
  • 1 cup Crushed Crackers
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 cup Finely Chopped Onions
  • 1/2 cup Finely Chopped Sweet Pepper
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Mix all ingredients. Place on a rack inside a pan. Cover with foil. Bake at 350º for approx 1 1/2 hours.

    Sauce for topping:

    A little ketchup, a little mustard, and brown sugar. Do this to taste.
