Mary's Meringue

  • 4 large Egg Whites
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar - for each egg white
  • Dash Vanilla
  • Beat egg whites till they have stiff peaks. Add sugar a little at a time. Then add vanilla. Mix till all blended.

    ** For each egg white use 2 Tablespoonssugar. Trick to getting stiff peaks isto beat the egg whites until peaks form- then add sugar and vanilla!
