Granny Austin's Party Potatoes

  • 8-10 medium Potatoes
  • 1large package Cream Cheese
  • 1 cartons Sour Cream
  • Garlic Salt To Taste

    • Instead of potatoes can use serving of 12 instant potatoes.

    Cook potatoes, then mash. Cream together sour cream and cream cheese then gradually add the mashed potatoes. Add garlic salt to taste. Put in casserole dish and top with butter.

    Bake about 30 minutes at 350.
