Broccoli-Rice Casserole

  • 1/2 cup Celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Finely chopped Onions
  • 1 (10 oz) package Broccoli, slightly cooked
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese grated
  • 1 can Cream/Mushroom soup
  • Saute celery and onions. Mix with restof ingredients and bake 350º for 30 minutes.
