Coconut Cream Pie
Combine sugar, conrstarch and salt in saucepan, and add milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens.Remove from heat and stir in egg yolks. Cook 2 minutes longer, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add margarine, vanilla and coconut. Cool to room temperature and pour into baked pie shell. Top with meringue and bake in moderateoven (350) about 15 minutes.
