Buttermilk Waffles

  • 1 3/4 cups Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Egg yolks, beaten
  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 Egg whites, stiffly beaten
  • Sift together all dry ingredients. Combine egg yolks, milk and oil, stir into dry

    ingredients, fold in egg whites.
