Jalapeno Mustard

  • 1 cup Ground mustard powder
  • 3 cup Fine cake flour
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Ground tumeric
  • 1 tablespoon Dried hot peppers or cayenne
  • ~ White vinegar
  • Combine all ingredients, add enough white vinegar to make desired consistency. Let

    stand 48 hours, stir occasionally. Put in jars and refrigerate. Can also add other spices.
