Cut Out Cookies

  • 1 cup Butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons Lemon peel grated
  • 2 cups Flour, all-purpose
  • Cream butter, sugar, and lemon peel. Add flour and mix well. Cover in fridge for 1 hour. Divide dough in half.

    Roll out and cut out cookies.

    Bake at 325º for 15-20 minutes.
