Buttermilk-Orange Muffins
In a large bowl mix butter, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and orangepeel until well blended.
Beat in eggs and buttermilk. Stir in flour just untilblended.
Pour in tins and sprinkle a bit of sugar on top.
Bake 16-18 minutes at 400º.
Variations: choc chips= stir in 1 cup chips after buttermilk.
Add 1 teaspoon cocoa powder into topping.
7 ounces mixed fruits and top with nuts.
