Chili Seasoning Mix

  • 1 cups Green peppers, flakes
  • 3/4 cups Chili powder
  • 1/4 cups Cumin
  • 1/2 cups Onion flakes
  • 1/4 cups Parsley
  • 1 teaspoons Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoons Red pepper, crushed
  • Place all the ingredients in a 1-qt. jar, cover tightly, and shake well to mix. Store in a cool, dark, dry place for up to 2 months. Makes 2 3/4 cups.
