Charlotte's Green Pea Salad

  • 1 pkg Frozen Green peas
  • 1 large Green pepper, diced
  • 1 medium Red Onion-diced
  • 4-6 stalks Celery, diced
  • 1 small head Lettuce
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Hellmann's mayo
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • SALAD

    Mix first 5 ingredients well and fill a large baking dish with it. Coverwith special topping. (Optionally sprinkle with 1 pkg of grated cheddar cheese and bacon bits. Made from 6-8 slices bacon fried crisp.)

    DRESSING

    Mix sour cream, mayo, and sugar together well. Should be chilled in refrigerator before serving.
