Bacon Potato Pancakes
Rinse and throughly drain potatoes. In a bowl combine all ingredients. In an electric skillet, heat 1/8 inch of oil to 375. Drop batter by 2 heaping tablespoons into hot oil. Fry on both sides untilgolden brown.
