Bacon Topped Meatloaf

  • 1/2 cup Chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 medium Onion, Chopped
  • 2/3 cup Dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 pounds Hamburger
  • 2 strips Bacon, halved
  • In a bowl combine all ingredients except for bacon, mix well. Shape into a loafand place in an ungreased 9X13 pan. Topwith bacon. Bake uncovered at 350 for 70-80 minutes.
