7-up Salad

  • 2 small package Lemon jello
  • 2 cup Boiling water
  • 1 1/2 cup 7- UP
  • 2 large Bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup Miniature Marshmallows
  • 1 can (20 oz) Crushed pineapple, drained
  • TOPPING :
  • 1 cup Pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Butter or margarine
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 1/4 cup Cheese, grated

    • Dissolve jello in boiling water. Stir in cold 7-UP. Chill until partly set. Gently stir in

    bananas, pineapple and marshmallows. Put back in refrigerator. For topping combine

    all of the ingredients in double boiler, except cheese and CoolWhip. Cook until

    thickened, chill. Fold in Cool Whip and spread over jello. Sprinkle with cheese.
