Faye Humphreys Casserole

  • 1 pounds Ground beef
  • 2 large Potatos
  • 4 large Carrots
  • 1/2 head Cabbage
  • 2 stalks Celery
  • 1 large Onions, chopped
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • Cook in Waterless Cookware****

    Place raw hamburger in cold skillet. Then add onion, potatoes, carrots, cabbage, & celery. Then add Cream of Chicken soup on top. Smooth out.

    Salt/Pepper to taste. Use med heat until it bubbles. Then reduce heat to seal and cook 40 minutes.
