French Coffee Cake

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 cups Sugar
  • 2/3 cups Salad oil
  • 1 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1 tablespoons Cinnamon
  • Sift flour, measure and combine with the next 3 ingredients. Add oil and vanilla and stir with large fork and fingersuntil large crumbs form. Divide into 2parts. Add cinnamon to 1/2 and reservefor crumbs. To the other half, add eggand milk and beat with spoon to make a smooth batter. Pour into a greased pie pan and top with crumbs and bake. Serves 6
