Coconut Macroon Pie

  • 1 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Coconut
  • 1 Unbaked pie shell
  • In large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 350 for 40-45 minutes.
