Apple Walnut Cake
Beat eggs and oil in mixing bowl until foamy; add sugar and vanilla, mix well. Add apples; set aside. In bowl mix dry ingredients together; add walnuts and raisins. Add dry ingredients to egg mixture; beat slightly. Pour into a greased 9X13 pan bake 350 for 25 minutes, or until tests done. Cool. For frosting melt butter in saucepan; stir in flour until mixture bubbles. Add milk, stirring with whisk until thickened. Cool. Add sugar and vanilla; mix until smooth and blended. Frost cake and sprinkle with additional walnuts.
