Caramel Creme Frosting

  • 1/2 cup Butter or margarine
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Miniature Marshmallows
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • Melt margarine in saucepan. Add brown sugar and milk; mix. Heat to boiling, cook about 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add marshmallows. Stir until marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth. Place powdered sugar in mixing bowl, add brown sugar mixture and vanilla. Beat until smooth and creamy.
