Banana Frosting

  • 1 medium Bananas, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 3-4 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1-2 teaspoons Water
  • In bowl mash banana with lemon juice, cream in butter. Add vanilla. Beat in 3 cups of powdered sugar, adding a little water if seems to thick or add more powdered sugar if seems to thin.
