Apple Quicky Sticky Buns
In large bowl mix yeast and 1 1/2 cups of the flour. In saucepan heat milk, water, sugar, salt and 1/4 cup of the butter, until warm and butter is melted. Pourliquid over yeast and flour. Beat untilwell mixed. Add the egg and beat on high for 3 minutes. Stir in 1 3/4 cups of flour and apples by hand. Cover and let rise for 30 min. Meanwhile, in saucepan combine 3/4 cup of butter, brown sugar, syrup, 1 tbl of water and nuts. Heat until melted. Pour sauce into greased 9X13 pan. Drop dough by tablespoonfulls onto topping. Bake 375 fo 20 minutes. Cool 1 minute, place cookie sheet on top and invert.
