Frenchie's Macaroni Supreme

  • 8 ounces Macaroni, cooked
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon Green pepper, flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Onion flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dry mustard
  • 1 can (16 oz) Diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Butter or margarine
  • Brown ground beef. Combine seasonings and tomatoes with hamburger. Grease 2 qt baking dish. Place half the macaroni in dish, layer with half the meat mixture, repeat layers, dot with butter. Bake 350for 30 minutes. Tomato juice may be substituted for tomatoes.
