Beef Potato Lasagna

  • 5 medium Potatoes, peeled, sliced
  • 1 can (15 oz) Tomato sauce
  • 2 pound Ground beef
  • 1 medium Onions, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Oregano, dried
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 can (10 oz) Cheddar chese soup, undiluted
  • Line a greased 9X13 pan with the potatoes. Brown ground beef and onions, drain.Pour over potatoes. Spread tomato sauceover ground beef, sprinkle with oregano. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour and 10 minutes, remove from oven and spread on soup and sprinle with mozzarella cheese, bake an additional 20 minutes.
