Aunt Jessies Chocolate Frosting
Bring all ingredients, except chocolatechips to a slow boil, boil until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, stir in chocolate chips until melted. Beat with mixer until smooth.
This will make a thin frosting for a 9X13 cake, double if athicker frosting is desired.
