A Souper Casserole

  • 6 medium Potatos, sliced
  • 1 pounds Hamburger, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cans Corn or other vegetable
  • 1 cans Tomato Soup or other cream soup
  • ~ Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cups Cheese, shredded
  • Thinly slice potatoes, and layer in a greased 9X13 pan or casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sprinkle hamburger over potatoes. Layer the corn, or other vegetable, over the hamburger. Mix 1 can of soup with 1/2 can of water, andpour over other ingredients. Bake at 375 for 1 hour, sprinkle cheese over top, return to oven and bake until potatoes are tender.
