Bananas And Cream Bundt Cake
In mixing bowl, cream shortning and sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time, beatingwell after each addition. Blend in vanilla. Add bananas and mix well. Combine flour, baking powder, soda, and salt; addto the creamed mixture alternately withsour cream, stirring until just combined. Stir in walnuts. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes, or until tests done. Cool 10 minutes and invert onto platter. Cool completely and dust with powdered sugar ordrizzle with icing.
