Chocolate Chip Oat Bars

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Quick Cooking Oatmeal
  • 3/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Cold butter or margarine
  • 1 can (14 oz) Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup Pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
  • In a bowl, combine the flour, oats, andbrown sugar. Cut in the butter until crumbly. Press half the mixture into a greased 9X13 pan. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Remove form oven. Spread condensed milk evenly over the crust. Sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips. Top with remaining mixture, pat lightly. Bake for 20-25 additional minutes.
