Chocolate Crunch Brownies

  • 1 cup Butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 6 tablespoons Cocoa powder
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 jar (7 oz) Marshmallow cream
  • 1 cup Peanut butter
  • 2 cups Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 3 cups Rice Krispies
  • In mixing bowl. cream butter and sugar;add eggs. Stir in cocoa, flour, vanilla, and salt. Spread into a greased 9X13 pan. Bake 350 for 25 minutes or until tests done. Cool. Spread marshmallow cream over top of brownies. In small saucepan,melt peanut butter and chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in the cereal. Spreadover the marshmallow layer. Chill before cutting. Store in the refrigerator.
