Cream Cheese Cake

  • 3 packages Lady fingers
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 pint Whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 12 oz. Cream cheese
  • (2) 10-oz.packages Frozen strawberries in juice
  • Line bottom and sides of a springform pan with lady fingers. Leave attached where possible. Fill holes with broken fingers. Cream sugar and cream cheese; whip cream and vanilla in separate bowl.Fold whipping cream into cream cheese mixture and spread half of the mixture over the fingers. Spread remaining fingers over cream mixture. Put remaining cream on top of fingers. Pour thawed strawberries on top. Refrigerate overnight.Serve sliced like pie.
