Tortellini And BLT Parmesan Dip

  • 1 bag Rainbow cheese tortellini
  • 12 ounces BLT light ranch or ranch dressing
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 T. Parsley (fresh or dried)
  • 2 cloves Fresh garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper
  • Cook tortellini as directed and rinse in cold water. Refrigerate until ready to serve--serve cold. Mix remaining ingredients and serve cold. Garlic powder may be substituted for fresh garlic. Plain, light or fat-free dressing can be substituted, according to taste.
