Pecan Cream Cheese Squares
In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, 1 egg and butter. Stir in pecans; mix well. Press into a greased 13x9x2 baking pan. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar and remaining eggs until smooth. Pour over pecan mixture. Bake at 350º for 45-55 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack; cut into squares. Store in the refrigerator. Yield: 3 dozen.
