Lasagna Rollups

  • 1.5 cups Ricotta
  • 1.5 cups Grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups Spaghetti sauce
  • 3/4 cup Onions, diced
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Basil
  • 1/4 tsp. Oregano
  • 1/8 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 T. Flour
  • Cook lasagna noodles as directed on package. Meanwhile, saute onions and garlic in oil until clear. In a separate bowl, mix ricotta and parmesan cheeses; then add onion mixture and spices; then addflour.

    Lay out the noodles flat on waxed paper. Spread the mixture onto thenoodles and then roll up. Place in a greased 13x9x2, then cover with sauce. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and cook foran additional 3 minutes uncovered or until cheese melts.
