Tuna Dip

  • 1 large can Tuna fish
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 Small diced onion
  • ~1/4 cup Sour cream
  • Pinch Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pinch Garlic powder
  • Mix, with a fork, cream cheese and tunafish until smooth. Add remaining ingredients until smooth. The amount of sourcream determines creaminess of texture. Keep refrigerated. Serve with crackers.
