Chicken Crunch

  • 1 cartons (8 oz) Cultured Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoons Celery salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
  • 8 medium Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packages (8oz) Herb stuffing mix
  • 1/4 cups Butter or margarine, melted
  • In shallow bowl combine sour cream, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, paprika,celery salt, and pepper. Dip chicken into sour cream mixture to coat, then rollin crushed stuffing mix. Arrange chicken in a 9X13 baking pan (pieces shouldn'ttouch). Drizzle butter over chicken. Bake uncovered in a 375 for 30 minutes, oruntil chicken is done.
