Chocolate Chip Muffins

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 1 tablespoons Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 Eggs
  • 3/4 cups Milk
  • 1/3 cups Vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cups Mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • In large bowl, combine the first four ingredients. In a small bowl, beat egg, milk, and oil. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in chocolate chips. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin tin 3/4's full. Bake 400 for 18-20 min, or until toothpick comes out clean. Makes 1 dozen
