Banana Nut Brownies

  • 1/2 cups Butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 cups Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Cocoa powder
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoons Milk
  • 1 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 3 medium Bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cups Nuts, chopped, if desired
  • In bowl, combine butter, sugar, and cocoa. Stir in eggs, milk and vanilla. Blend in flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in banans and nuts. Pour into a greased 9 inch square pan. Bake 350 for 40-45 min, or until done. cool. Dust with powdered sugar just before serving, if desired.
