Beef Spaghetti Pie Ole'

  • 1 pounds Ground beef
  • 1 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cumin powder
  • 1 cans (10 oz) Tomatoes with green chilis, undrained
  • 1/2 cans Tomato sauce
  • 3/4 cups Dairy sour cream
  • 1 cups Colby jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 packages (8 oz) Spaghetti
  • 1/3 cups Colby jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 Eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Mix egg, 1/3 cup cheese,1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp garlic together. Add spaghetti, toss to coat evenly. Arrange in a lightly greased deep pie dish, pressing against sides and bottom toform a shell; set aside.

    Meanwhile brown ground beef in large skillet, drain. season with 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt, and cumin. Add tomatoes, and tomato sauce, and bring to a boil, cook 10 minutes, to reduce liquid. Stir in sour cream. Spoon into spaghetti shell, leavinga boarder. sprinkle with remaining 1 cup of cheese. Bake 350 for 15-20 minutes,or until heated through. I double this for a 9 X12 pan.
