Breakfast In Bread

  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups Flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1/2 cups Onioin, Chopped
  • 3/4 cups Milk
  • 6 strips Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cups Ham, cooked and cubed
  • 1/2 cups Green pepper, diced if desired
  • 3 cups Colby jack cheese, shredded
  • In large bowl, beat eggs and milk untilfrothy. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Blend into egg mixture,beat until well mixed. Stir in onion, green pepper, bacon, ham, and cheese. Pour into a greased 9X5X3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Serve warm. Baked loaf may be frozen and reheated.
