Bacon Wrapped Potatoes
Thinly slice onion. Wash potatoes and cut in half lengthwise salt and pepper totaste. Layer slices of onion on cut side of four potato halves, top with other potato halves. Wrap each potato with two strips of bacon. Secure with toothpicks. Place on a lightly greased baking pan. Bake uncovered, at 325 for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until potato is tender andbacon is crispy.
