German Potato Salad

  • 6 medium Potatoes
  • 1/2 pounds Bacon, cubed
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoons Pepper
  • 3/4 cups Water
  • 1/2 cups Vinegar
  • Wash, peel, and dice potatoes into bitesize pieces, boil until tender, drain. Meanwhile brown bacon and onion, drain.

    Mix all ingredients in 2 qt oven safe casserole, bake 350 for 20 minutes, serve warm.
