German Potato Salad
Wash, peel, and dice potatoes into bitesize pieces, boil until tender, drain. Meanwhile brown bacon and onion, drain.
Mix all ingredients in 2 qt oven safe casserole, bake 350 for 20 minutes, serve warm.
