Beef, Casseroles, Mexican - Spanish

Spanish Noodles

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can Tomatos, stewed
  • 1 small bottle Picante sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups Cheese, grated
  • 2 cups Noodles, dry
  • Brown ground beef with onions and bell peppers. Drain off grease. Add stewed tomatoes and picante sauce. Reduce heatand simmer for 30 minutes.

    Layer the bottom of a casserole dish with cooked &drained noodles. Ladle meat sauce on top of noodles. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or unitl cheese is melted and the sauce is bubbling.
