Pork Stir Fry Marinade

  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Soy sauce, dark
  • 1 tablespoon Sherry
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Honey
  • Pinch Five-spice powder
  • Thoroughly mix all ingredients.

    Cut up1 lb. pork loin. Marinate for as long as possible, min. about 2 hours.

    Drain marinade and reserve.

    Fry pork and add marinade before serving.

    If you want a thicker sauce, thicken with 1TBS. water and 1 TBS. cornstarch.
