Steak Rub

  • ~ Black pepper, coarsely ground
  • ~ Garlic powder
  • ~ Meat Tenderizer
  • ~ Olive oil
  • On your choice of steak and on each side, sprinkle some fresh ground black pepper, garlic powder and meat tenderizer.

    Dip steaks in olive oil and wrap in plastic for 2 hours at room temp.

    Grill on high until preferred doneness.
