Horsey Bbq Sauce

  • 8 ounces Tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup Tomato paste
  • 3 tablespoons Beer
  • 3 tablespoons Cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar, dark
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Prepared horseradish

    • Combine all ingredients except horseradish.

    Whisk together until well blended.

    Put in microwave safe container, coverwith wax paper.

    Cook on high for 3 minutes. Remove from microwave and stir.

    Do this 2 more times...total 9 minutes.

    Whisk in Horseradish.
