Sparerib Rub

  • 1 cup Brown sugar, dark
  • 1/2 cup Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon White pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion powder
  • If this is too hot, just cut down on the cayenne.
