Party, Sandwiches

Corn Dog Batter

  • 1/2 cup Corn meal
  • 1 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 3 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • Whisk together. Add more milk if needed.

    Warm hot dogs in hot water.

    Dry thoroughly and cover with batter.

    Deep fry.
