Homemade Lemonade

  • 1 cup Water
  • 3 cups Sugar
  • 3 cups Lemon juice, 16-20 lemons
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon peel, grated
  • Combine water and sugar, boil to dissolve sugar. Let cool.

    Add lemon juice and peel.

    For individual servings, 1/4-1/3 cup concentrate to 3/4 cup water.

    For8 servings, 2 2/3 cups conentrate to 5 cups cold water.
